LHE 2020: Showing Our Work & Planning Ahead for the COVID Crunch

• Participants can expect to see/hear about WSU’s effort to grow CQI culture; see how we “show our work;” and discuss plans to broaden our impact across campus during challenging COVID times.
• We’ll showcase our service model, our project tracker, our success dashboard, and share/crowdsource for how Lean/CQI teams can be most helpful in a “COVID Crunch.”
