The 2021 Michigan Canvas User Conference (MCUC 2021) was held virtually via Microsoft Teams, hosted by Wayne State University, Detroit, MI, and sponsored by Instructure and Echo360. The first ever virtual conference was well attended, with record registration, and experienced very few technical issues. The conference ended with a rousing several rounds of quick draw virtual bingo for prizes.
For this event, my contributions included:
- Serving as organizer and session facilitator
- Acting as principal platform expert w/r/t Microsoft Teams
- Facilitating the keynote session featuring Dr. Vikki Katz, Rutgers University
- Managing the consolidation and publication of post-conference media
