I am currently a Senior Business Systems Analyst with the Office of Planning, Assessment and Innovation at Wayne State University, and adjunct professor in Communications with the College of Fine, Performing and Communication Arts. My chief charge, along with providing classroom instruction, is to help build project management practice across campus and to establish a culture of continuous quality improvement in business processes (and also staff effectiveness as it relates to processes).
